This is a paperback copy of Faerie Mound of Dragonkind by Catacombs Books. This is the first printing.
The book looks to be in good condition with moderate to heavy shelf ware, a few lite marks/dings, and a few creases/bends.
Only one bookmark was included when I found it as seen in picture 7.
I flipped through all of the pages and didn’t notice any ware.
