For growing mushrooms you need to choose a darkened area.
It’s desirable near coniferous or oak tree.
Make a “pit”, depth 8-12 inches, fill it with a nutrient mixture.
The I-st layer
(lined on the bottom of the pit) – dead leaves, grass, bark dust or wood (3-4 in ).
II-nd layer
– manure or earth taken under the trees (3-4 in). Then evenly throughout the area to scatter the grain mycelium.
III-rd layer
– plant residues, as in the I-th layer, the thickness of 1 in.
IV-th layer
– the garden soil (1-2 in)
After sowing, wet the place. In dry weather and high temperature to moisturize as needed before the appearance of mushrooms, and during their growth.
The first mushrooms will delight you within 30-38 days, then will appear every 1-1.5 weeks.
In outdoor soil mushrooms grow from May to late fall. Mycelium lives up to 7 years.
You can grow King bolete in the premises such as outdoor, but result can be worse.
The premises must be ventilated and maintained humidity (near the crates placed water containers). Mushrooms are grow at temperature from 40 to 95 F, the optimal temperature from 50 to 70 F. There is no vegetation period for mushroooms, so it’s grow in any time of the year.
Small mushrooms are the most delicious as pickled
Dried mushrooms are very delicious and aromatic
